Kaufman Fresh Water Supply District 1B conducted an inspection of our sanitary sewer lines last fall. Following that inspection, the District's engineer identified some areas in the road right of way that are in need of immediate repair. The District's contractor, Double R Utilities, Inc. will begin repair in those locations on Monday, February 3, 2025.

The affected locations include:

• 1000 Bradford Lane
• 1115 Cumberland Drive
• 1119 Cumberland Drive
• 1017 Hampton Drive
• 1101 Sussex Drive
• 1018 Chelsea Lane
• 1005 Essex Drive
• 1011 Warrington Way
• Warrington Way & Buckingham Drive
• Buckingham Drive & Clubhouse

We currently expect the work to continue through the middle of March, weather permitting. You may see temporary lane closures and some isolated impacts to driveway access during construction. Thank you in advance for your patience during this project.
